Ingredients
¼ cup Himalayan ground pink salt (if you can’t find any, use coarse sea salt)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably organic)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil (melted)
1 teaspoon honey
5 drops of peppermint or tea tree oil (you can skip this if you don’t have any)
You can also swap out apple cider vinegar for baking soda if you prefer.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Apply a tablespoon onto damp hair gently. Leave the scrub on your hair for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with warm water, followed by sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
